Residents are free to access free public Optometrical Services. Details are available from the local Public Hospital of your choice.

Oral Health

Residents are free to access the Public Dental Hospital. Residents or their relatives/carers should make arrangements at a time to suit them. Details are available from the Indooroopilly Dental Clinic, Taringa Parade, Indooroopilly - Phone (07) 3378 7156.

Hearing Services

Pensioners are free to access Public Hospital Services. Details are available from the local Public Hospital of your choice. Residents and their relatives/carers should make arrangements for visits at a time to suit them.

Pharmaceutical

Medications and other Pharmaceutical products are supplied to Berlasco Court by The St Andrew’s Aged Care Pharmacy Services, which operates from the Greenslopes Private Hospital. The package system is designed to Accreditation and Best Practice requirements and is competitively priced. Individual itemised accounts from the Pharmacy are included with the Monthly Accounts and if there are any queries regarding these accounts, these can be made to the Pharmacy direct on Phone (07) 3394 9266 or at Reception.

Hairdresser

The Hairdresser visits on a regular basis. Any services can be booked through staff, or arrangements can be made with the Hairdresser. All services are at the expense of the resident and accounts are included with the regular Monthly Account.

Ambulance Services

Effective from 1st January 1999, Queensland Ambulance Services are provided free to recipients of Centrelink pension payments and/or holders of Queensland Seniors Cards. Residents who do not receive a Centrelink pension payment and/or hold a Seniors Card are encouraged to maintain current financial membership of the Queensland Ambulance Service
