Continuous Improvement

In line with Accreditation principles and to constantly improve the level of service available at Berlasco Court, there is a requirement for consultation and participation through all levels of staff, with residents, their representative(s) and visitors.

The Continuous Improvement process or ‘Improvement Log’ is now an
Electronic process, and staff will give you access to this to log all issues and suggestions. For those who wish there are a feed back forms available in the foyer for this purpose. We encourage everyone to use these processes as each problem and suggestion is followed up and acted on. Outcomes are also logged so an ongoing record can be kept. There is provision for written confidential reports to the General Manager if the issue is sensitive.

It is our aim to provide the highest standard of care and service available, and management actively encourages input and open communication in order to achieve this. It is our most sincere pledge to you that all issues will be dealt with confidentially and with no fear of reprisal to residents or representative(s).
